Locked out of the house
Front, back and screen doors, deadlocks and window locks — picked or bypassed, working as before.

Opened without prying the seals, plus transponder keys and remotes cut and coded on the spot.

Cut a replacement here, or rekey the barrel so the missing set opens nothing.

Keys lost between the car park and the sandbar
Wellington Point has a particular way of eating car keys. They go into the sand on the King Island walk, into the grass at the foreshore, off the jetty, or into a pocket that turns out to have a hole in it halfway across.
You do not need a tow and you do not need the dealership. A replacement key can nearly always be cut and coded beside the car, in the car park you are standing in.

Wellington Point, Ormiston and Cleveland are usually ten to fifteen minutes. Capalaba, Birkdale and Thornlands a little more. You are told the real figure, including when it is not the one you were hoping for.
For most makes, yes — cut to the vehicle’s code and programmed in the car park, without the original key and without a tow. Very new or European models occasionally need the dealer, and we will say so on the phone rather than after driving out.
Almost never. Picks and bypasses come first and the lock keeps working. Drilling is reserved for locks already seized or broken, and only after you have heard the price and agreed.
Always. A licence, a lease, a rates notice — something tying you to the address. Thirty seconds, and it is precisely what stops anybody else paying us to open your door.
Nights, weekends and public holidays cost more than a weekday afternoon, as they do everywhere. The number you are quoted on the phone already includes that.
